As you may notice the booking app has been very busy lately. Alot of the days are red and others are getting booked up quickly!
You can book up to 8 weeks in advance and swap and move slots about. I have not implemented a cancellation policy yet. With that said I would appreciate at least 5 hours notice if you wish to cancel.
Last minute cancellation's can't always be filled ! So it is helpful to me if I can have as much notice as possible to fill slots.
As it is my very busy period I am advising you all to pre-book your slots please. So holiday slots and back to school cuts really need to be booked in now. Most of you are pre-booking your next two slots in advance.
If the days are red, please still try to have a look on those days. The odd slots are still available, one or two. If it does not let you click to look and book it is definitely full.
There is cancellation watch as well. A new service to the booking app. So if you can't book in on a preferred day you can go on the cancellation watch. Slots do become available and the app will prompt you to book via an SMS message.
